Dealer Agreements received Monday – Friday will be processed the same day. Once processed, we will send you an activation email that includes your system login credentials, rate sheet(s) as well as any additional program and system information you may need.
How do I set up one-on-one system training and program review?
To set up a dealer training, please visit our Dealer Training Calendar and select the day and half hour time block that best fits your schedule.
If you would like to set up a training for multiple users in your dealership, please send us an email at [email protected] stating your request. One of our representatives will contact you directly to set up a multi-user training.
How can I make sure I have the most up-to-date rate sheet(s)?

How do I go about retrieving a forgotten password?

How do I add new users to our Performance Finance Dealer Profile?
Please email us at [email protected] stating your request. Be sure to include the person’s first and last name, role in your organization, and their email.

How do I update my dealership’s bank account information?
Please complete the Dealer ACH Authorization Form (PDF). Completed ACH Authorization forms may be emailed directly back to [email protected].
Where do I find your funding checklist and lien holder information?
See our Funding Checklist (PDF). The Performance Finance lien holder address can be found under the Title Paperwork section of the Funding Checklist.
The funding checklist can also be found under the ‘Print Tab’ of each application.
Important: Be sure to review your offer letter for any additional stipulation(s) our underwriting team may have requested on each deal.
I am looking for the status of the Title on a loan we paid off?
If you are an enrolled Performance Finance/FreedomRoad Financial dealer, or the loan is paid off via wire, we will send the Title to you the next business day.
For non-enrolled dealers, Titles are held for 10 business days after the payment posts, then mailed directly to your dealership.
