When will I receive my statement?
The monthly billing statements are mailed approximately 20 days prior to each monthly due date.
Can I have monthly payments automatically deducted from my bank account?

Are there late payment fees?
A late charge may be assessed if the payment is not received within 10 days of your due date.
Please refer to your Promissory Note/Retail Installment Contract for specific information regarding late charges and payment terms.
What is the difference between Performance Finance Auto Pay and Performance Finance Online Payment?
Performance Finance Auto Pay is a simple, convenient way to ensure your regular monthly payment is on time every month. Once you have enrolled in Performance Finance Auto Pay, your payment is automatically deducted from your bank account each month. To set up Auto Pay, complete the form in the link below and call us at (855) 432-7720 to complete the set up. When your loan is paid in full, Auto Pay will automatically stop deducting from your bank account.

Performance Finance Online Banking offers Online Payment, a fast and easy way to make a single payment or monthly recurring payment plan that only you manage. If you set up recurring payments in Online Banking, you MUST CANCEL THE RECURRING PAYMENT YOURSELF when the loan is paid in full. Performance Finance is not able to stop recurring payments set up by you to your bank account.
Do I have to cancel Performance Finance Auto Pay or Recurring Payment Schedule when my financing contract is finished?

How do I change the due date on my account?
A Loan Due Date Change Agreement must be completed and sent to Performance Finance for approval. The due date may be moved up to 10 days forward and may only be changed twice during the life of the loan. Approval is required and certain restrictions do apply.

What if I move to another state?
If you move to another state, you must re-register your vehicle and forward a copy of the registration card to Performance Finance within 30 days.
How do I re-register my vehicle?
Contact the Department of Motor Vehicles in your state for the necessary documentation needed for re-registration.
How do I change the address or telephone number on my account?
You can do this online, mail a written request to Performance Finance, or contact Customer Service by phone.
How do I change my name on my account?
Provide legal documentation of the name change to Performance Finance Customer Service.
If I make changes to my Performance Finance account online, when will the information be updated?
In Online Banking, you can update your address, phone number, email, username, and password. These changes are effective immediately. If you prefer, you are welcome to call Customer Service and a representative will be able to update your address, phone number or email for you. Changes made through Customer Service will be effective the following day.
Is there a charge for using Performance Finance Auto Pay?
No, this convenient service is offered free of charge to Performance Finance customers.
Once I sign up for Performance Finance Auto Pay, how soon will my payments be deducted?
Your payment will be automatically deducted each month on your regular due date. Please note that it can take several days to complete the authorization process, so be sure to continue making your regular payment until this process is complete.
What happens if my payment deduction date falls on a non-business day?
It will occur on the next business day.
Can I change my bank information once I've set up Performance Finance Auto Pay?
Yes, to do this please complete and return the Performance Finance Auto Pay Authorization Agreement to Performance Finance Customer Service by mail, fax, or email. Please allow at least 14 days prior to your next payment due date for the change to be effective.

Can I discontinue Auto Pay?
Yes, you are free to discontinue Performance Finance Auto-Pay at any time. All you need to do is send a signed letter to your Performance Finance Customer Service Center requesting the auto pay to be canceled. The Performance Finance Auto-Pay will be discontinued in approximately 5-7 business days after receipt of your request.
NOTE: There is no need to discontinue Performance Finance Auto-Pay when your account is paid in full as the scheduled withdrawals will discontinue automatically.
Is there a charge for using Performance Finance Online Payment?
No, this convenient service is offered free of charge to Performance Finance customers.
When I make a Performance Finance Online Payment, how soon will it be deducted from my bank account?
All online payment requests submitted prior to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time on a business day will be applied to your loan account on the current business day. All online payment requests submitted after 5:00 PM Central Standard Time will be applied to your loan account on the next business day. The payments should be debited from your depository account within two business days from the date of submission.
Can I cancel a Performance Finance Online Payment?
Once a Performance Finance Online Payment has been submitted it may not be cancelled.
Am I able to refinance through Performance Finance?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer loans directly. Please contact your local credit union or other local lender for refinancing opportunities.

How can I get a payoff quote?
You can log into your account and get a 10-day payoff in Account Management or you can contact our Customer Service Department at (855) 432-7720.
Will I receive a title and lien release after my loan is paid in full?
This depends on the vehicle and the state. Not all vehicles financed by Performance Finance have a title or lien release for us to send because not all powersports vehicles, such as off-road vehicles, watercraft or snowmobiles are titled.
