To make payments as easy as possible, we have a number of self-service options.
To make a payment to your Performance Finance account, please call our 24-hour, self-service system at 855-432-7720, and take option 2. Please know there will be a convenience fee associated with phone payments.
- ACH Payment: To make a payment using your checking account, you will need your checking account number and bank's routing number. ACH Payments are limited to $25,000.
- Debit Card: To make a payment using a Debit Card in your name, you will need the full account number of the card, expiration date, billing zip code and the 3-digit CVV code on the back of the card. Debit Card payments by phone are limited to $1,500 and cannot be used to satisfy the remaining balance on your Performance Finance loan.
To get started, send a text with the phrase ‘Make A Payment’ to 844-702-TEXT (8398). The system will then text you a link. When you click on this secure link, the browser will open on your mobile device and, once authenticated, you will be prompted to key in your payment information. Please note that there will be a convenience fee associated with text payments.
This flexible, free and convenient service allows you to make a one-time payment or set up an automatic recurring payment. This method allows our customers to manage their own monthly payment.
To make an online payment, please enroll, or login, to Account Management and click the ‘Make a Payment’ menu.
